The role of a technical producer in a show is essentially to ensure that all technical aspects of the event are coordinated and executed seamlessly. This includes planning and supervising all sound, lighting, stage, and special effects equipment, among others.
They work closely with artists, tour managers, and technical teams to ensure that the creative vision of the event is delivered efficiently and safely. In short, the technical producer is like the conductor behind the scenes, making sure everything runs perfectly to provide a memorable experience for the audience.
This workshop is aimed at musicians, technicians, and anyone interested in learning, improving, or working in technical production for shows, performances, and festivals.
Anti-Racist Education and Racial Literacy Workshop

Both anti-racist education and racial literacy are fundamental for building fairer and more inclusive societies, where all people are valued and have equal opportunities, regardless of their race or ethnic origin.
These approaches are essential to addressing the historical legacy of racism and building a more equitable future for all. This workshop is aimed at teachers and education professionals from public schools in the quilombola communities of the municipality of São Raimundo Nonato.
Environmental and Heritage Education Workshop

Target Audience: Residents of the Novo Zabelê community
This workshop will explore the concepts of environmental and heritage education, highlighting their importance in preserving and valuing the environment and cultural heritage.
Discussions will address global environmental challenges such as climate change, pollution, biodiversity loss, and the depletion of natural resources. The workshop will also explain the interconnections between human activities and the environment, as well as the impact of individual and collective choices on the planet’s sustainability.
Participants will engage in activities to identify and recognize local cultural and natural heritage, including historical sites, monuments, protected areas, and native flora and fauna. Reflections will also be encouraged on the importance of preserving and protecting heritage for future generations, considering its cultural, historical, social, and environmental significance.
